Responsibilities:

• Manage and end–to-end HR operations

• Conduct regular quality audits and ensure compliance on all statutory requirements

• Meet performance KPIs and provide status update and MIS reports to key stakeholders in businessand senior management

• Drive process efficiency and effectiveness for all HR processes (hire to exit)

• Deliver service level commitments for people requests, grievances

• Collaborate with Finance and business teams to deliver all people mandates through processes andsystems

• Train employees regarding HR policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, rewards,employment contract terms and conditions etc

• Conduct regular employee engagement sessions to drive collaboration and motivation

• Drive all employee related annual / 6 monthly / quarterly processes such as performance goalsetting, performance reviews, compensation increments, employee communications, rewards andrecognition

• Analyse the attrition rates and exit interview data to find a root cause of attrition and solution

• Support the leadership to establish a sound plan of management succession, role rotation, benchmanagement, periodic employee pulse surveys

• Up to date on new HR trends and recommendations for achieving short and long term objectives ofthe organization as it evolves

• Ensure HR data integrity by supporting the audit and data governance activities (data integrity,maintenance, storage, retention, destruction)
