Lava is a software platform which helps marketers to deliver the right experience at the right time to its customers, strengthening customer loyalty, turn around a bad experience and make a good experience even better. It also provides a platform to visualize the real-time analytics of the venue operations by showing realtime attendance, realtime incident reporting, realtime concessions and merchandise sales
Solution
We collaborated closely with the client to build a web dashboard and a mobile SDK which can be easily integrated with the customers very own mobile application. This SDK enables the user to connect to the system and capture user actions, which can then be analyzed by the system to provide a marketing tool to the marketers. Microservices architecture was followed to provide a better real-time analytics and to scale the system
Result
The end result was a simplified UI marketing tool that can be used by the marketer to connect with their customers. A refined way to see the revenue generated by the venue operations
