Problem
Follow up care for cancer survivors is of utmost importance to avoid any recurrence and to closely monitor any side effects. This is an activity which is difficult to follow up for patients since it comprises multiple activities pertaining to diet, health and exercise
Solution
Our team worked with Montefiore end to end on the project i.e Design, Development, Quality, and deployment to build a fast and simple to use application for patients such that they could get the necessary information for their well being. Additionally, we built a web administrator dashboard for authorized Montefiore employees to configure the system with necessary diet, exercise & health information
